1Acceptance and scope of these terms
These Terms and Conditions apply to the stakeph website, player accounts, games, sportsbook, esports markets, promotions, payment facilities, and related services. References to “you” or “player” mean the person visiting or using stakeph. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator providing the stakeph service.
By creating an account, clicking an acceptance control, depositing money, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager, you accept the version of the stakeph Terms and Conditions available at that time. If there is a conflict between these general terms and specific rules for a game, bet, or promotion, the specific rules apply to that activity while these general terms continue to apply in all other respects.
You are responsible for reviewing the rules before participating. If any provision is unclear, contact stakeph support before you deposit or wager. Continuing without asking for clarification does not remove your responsibilities under this agreement.
2Eligibility, age, and location
You may register with stakeph only if you are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You must not use stakeph if online gambling is prohibited in your location, if you are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement, or if another legal restriction prevents your participation.
It is your responsibility to know the rules that apply where you are physically located. The availability of the stakeph website does not mean that participation is lawful in every place. You must not use location-masking tools, false address information, or another person’s device or identity to avoid a geographic restriction.
stakeph may request proof of age, residence, or current location. If the requested information is not provided, is inconsistent, or indicates that you are ineligible, stakeph may restrict the account, cancel pending activity where permitted, and return eligible funds after required checks.
3Account registration and information
Each player may hold only one personal stakeph account unless stakeph gives written approval for another arrangement. During registration, you must provide complete and accurate information, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, residential details, and any other information reasonably requested.
Your stakeph account must not be sold, transferred, rented, shared, or operated on behalf of another person. You must not create duplicate accounts to claim additional promotions, avoid limits, conceal activity, or bypass an account restriction. Accounts linked by identity details, payment methods, devices, addresses, or patterns of use may be reviewed.
You must keep your account details current. If your mobile number, address, payment details, or other relevant information changes, update the information or contact stakeph support. Incorrect or outdated data may delay verification, withdrawals, account recovery, and important service notices.
4Identity and payment verification
stakeph may carry out identity, age, source-of-funds, payment ownership, fraud-prevention, and security checks when an account is opened or at any later time. Checks may take place before a deposit is accepted, before a withdrawal is processed, when account information changes, or when unusual activity is detected.
You agree to provide clear, current, and genuine documents when requested. These may include identification, proof of address, a photograph, payment ownership evidence, or information explaining the source of deposited funds. Documents must belong to you and must not be edited in a misleading way.
While a review is taking place, stakeph may temporarily limit deposits, wagering, bonuses, transfers, or withdrawals. A review is not an accusation of wrongdoing. It is a standard safeguard intended to confirm account ownership, protect player balances, and meet applicable operational requirements.
5Account security
You are responsible for keeping your stakeph username, password, verification codes, and registered devices secure. Use a strong password that is not shared with another service. Do not disclose login details to family members, friends, agents, tipsters, or anyone claiming that they can manage bets for you.
Activity completed through the correct stakeph login credentials may be treated as authorised unless the circumstances show otherwise. If your phone is lost, your password is exposed, or you notice activity you do not recognise, contact stakeph support immediately and stop using the affected device until it is secure.
stakeph will not ask you to reveal your full password. You should also sign out when using a shared device and keep your registered mobile number protected, as it may be used for account recovery or security verification.
6Deposits and account balances
Deposits must be made through payment methods displayed within the stakeph cashier. Available methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability, limits, processing times, and verification requirements may vary.
Use only a payment account or card that you are authorised to use and that can be verified in your name. Third-party deposits may be rejected, returned, or held for review. stakeph may request evidence confirming that the payment method belongs to you before allowing further transactions.
Funds held in a stakeph balance are intended for genuine gaming activity. The account is not a bank account, payment wallet, or money-transfer service. Depositing and withdrawing with little or no genuine play may lead to additional checks, fees where properly disclosed, or restrictions. Always review the transaction details before confirming a deposit.
7Withdrawals and payout checks
You may request a withdrawal of available cash funds through the methods shown in your stakeph account. Bonus balances, unsettled wagers, restricted promotional funds, and amounts under review may not be immediately withdrawable. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the cashier or relevant payment instructions.
Where practical, stakeph may return funds to the same method used for depositing. If this is unavailable, stakeph may require an alternative payment method registered in your name. Processing estimates are not guaranteed because bank schedules, e-wallet reviews, verification requests, weekends, and service interruptions may affect completion times.
Before approving a withdrawal, stakeph may review identity documents, payment ownership, gameplay, bonus use, and account security. If information is missing, the request may remain pending until the review is complete. You are responsible for entering correct withdrawal details; payments sent to incorrect details supplied by you may be difficult or impossible to recover.
8Bonuses, rewards, and promotions
stakeph may offer welcome bonuses, deposit rewards, rebates, free bets, referral benefits, tournaments, enhanced odds, or other promotions. Every offer may have separate eligibility rules, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, qualifying games, contribution rates, time limits, maximum stakes, withdrawal caps, and excluded payment methods.
You must read and accept the specific promotional terms before joining. A stakeph promotion is limited to eligible players and may be available once per person, household, device, payment method, address, or other reasonable grouping. Unless the offer states otherwise, promotions cannot be combined.
Bonus abuse is prohibited. This includes duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering, opposite-side betting intended to remove risk, manipulating game rounds, delaying game completion to avoid restrictions, or using a promotion in a way that is clearly inconsistent with its intended purpose. stakeph may withhold a bonus and related winnings after a fair review where misuse is established.
9Games, wagers, and betting rules
A wager is accepted only when it has been confirmed by stakeph and appears in your account record. Adding a selection to a bet slip, entering an amount, or pressing a button does not by itself guarantee acceptance. You must check the final stake, odds, selections, potential return, and status shown after submission.
Casino games are governed by the rules and payout information displayed for each title. Sports and esports bets are settled according to the market description, official result, and applicable stakeph betting rules. Unless stated otherwise, overtime or extra play may count for some markets and not for others. Read the market wording before confirming.
Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled at the player’s request. A cash-out option, when offered, is discretionary and may be changed, suspended, or removed as odds move. Cash-out is not guaranteed on every stakeph bet and may become unavailable during significant match events or technical delays.
Results are based on reliable official sources selected by stakeph. Later corrections may not affect settlement unless the applicable rules state otherwise. If a match is cancelled, abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement will follow the rules for that sport, competition, and market.
10Incorrect odds, errors, and interruptions
Technology and human processes can occasionally produce an obvious error, including incorrect odds, duplicated payments, wrong balances, unavailable markets, incorrect settlement, or a payout materially different from the intended value. You must not knowingly exploit an error on stakeph.
Where an obvious error occurs, stakeph may correct the account record, void the affected transaction, resettle the wager at the correct terms where appropriate, or recover an amount credited by mistake. Any action will consider the circumstances, the displayed information, and the rules that applied when the error occurred.
stakeph does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Internet failures, mobile network issues, power interruptions, scheduled maintenance, supplier outages, or device problems may affect a session. If a game disconnects, its system record will generally determine whether the round completed. Contact support with the time, game, amount, and transaction details if a result appears incorrect.
11Prohibited activity
You must use stakeph lawfully, personally, and honestly. Prohibited activity includes fraud, collusion, money laundering, account sharing, identity misuse, chargeback abuse, payment fraud, use of stolen funds, manipulation of a game or market, exploitation of technical faults, automated betting without permission, and attempts to disrupt the platform.
You must not threaten or abuse stakeph staff, submit false documents, provide misleading information, impersonate another person, or use the service to transfer funds between parties. You must not attempt to access another player’s account, bypass security, copy restricted software, or interfere with systems supporting stakeph.
If suspicious activity is identified, stakeph may investigate and request information. Funds connected to disputed deposits, confirmed fraud, or prohibited conduct may be held while the matter is reviewed. Where required or permitted, relevant information may be provided to payment providers or appropriate authorities.
12Suspension, closure, and inactive accounts
You may ask stakeph support to close your account, subject to pending wagers, verification, withdrawals, disputes, and other outstanding matters. Account closure does not remove obligations that arose before closure. A remaining eligible cash balance may be returned after necessary checks.
stakeph may restrict, suspend, or close an account where there is a reasonable concern about age, identity, payment ownership, security, prohibited conduct, duplicate registration, self-exclusion, legal requirements, or a serious breach of these terms. Where appropriate, the player will be informed of the status and any information needed to complete a review.
An account with no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for an extended period may be treated as inactive. Any inactivity process or fee will be communicated in accordance with the applicable stakeph account rules before it is applied. Players should keep contact details current so notices can be received.
13Responsible gaming
stakeph provides real-money entertainment, and every wager carries a risk of loss. You should participate only with money you can afford to lose after covering rent, food, transport, bills, savings, education, healthcare, and family responsibilities. Never borrow money or use credit intended for essential expenses to gamble.
Set a time and spending limit before starting. Do not increase your stake to recover previous losses, and do not treat betting as employment or guaranteed income. If stakeph activity causes stress, secrecy, financial difficulty, relationship problems, or loss of sleep, stop playing and review the available responsible gaming options.
stakeph may provide deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, or related controls. Requests for restrictive measures should be taken seriously. You must not open another stakeph account or use someone else’s account to avoid a restriction you requested or that was applied for player protection.
14Privacy and personal information

You confirm that the personal information supplied to stakeph is accurate and belongs to you. You must not submit another person’s identification, payment information, mobile number, or address without lawful authority. Security and verification records may be retained where reasonably required even after an account is closed.
You are responsible for deciding whether to receive optional promotional messages where a choice is provided. Essential stakeph communications concerning account security, transactions, verification, changes to terms, or service status may still be sent because they are necessary to operate the account.
15Intellectual property and permitted use
The stakeph name, logo, interface, written content, visual design, software elements, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the platform operator. They are provided for personal, non-commercial use in connection with lawful access to stakeph.
You must not copy, republish, sell, scrape, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, frame, or create misleading versions of stakeph materials without permission. You must not register a confusingly similar brand, domain, social account, or service, or present yourself as an official stakeph representative.
Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of platform content or software to you. Limited access ends when your stakeph account is closed or your right to use the service is withdrawn.
16Availability and limitation of responsibility
stakeph aims to provide accurate information and reliable access, but no online system is completely free from delays, interruptions, errors, or third-party failures. The service is made available subject to maintenance, mobile networks, internet connections, payment providers, game suppliers, event data, and other systems outside direct control.
To the extent permitted by applicable rules, stakeph is not responsible for losses caused solely by your failure to protect login details, incorrect payment information you supplied, an unsupported device, a personal internet outage, or decisions made without reviewing the displayed terms. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You remain responsible for your wagering choices. Statistics, previews, odds, trends, promotional copy, and other stakeph information are provided for gaming use and do not guarantee a result. Past performance does not ensure future outcomes, and no sporting event, esports match, casino round, or jackpot result is certain.
17Questions, complaints, and account reviews
If you have a question or believe a transaction was handled incorrectly, contact stakeph at support@stakeph.app as soon as practical. Include your registered details, the relevant date and time, transaction or bet reference, amount in Philippine pesos, and a clear description. Do not send your password.
stakeph may request further evidence, including screenshots, payment receipts, device information, or identity documents. You agree to cooperate with a reasonable review. The time needed to resolve a matter depends on its complexity and whether information is required from a bank, e-wallet, game provider, or event data supplier.
Keep copies of relevant records until the matter is complete. Starting multiple support requests about the same issue can delay review, so use the original conversation where possible. stakeph will assess complaints using account records, system logs, applicable rules, and the information supplied by the player.
18Changes to services and terms
stakeph may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect service changes, new products, revised payment methods, security improvements, operational needs, or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published on this page with an appropriate effective indication.
Material changes may also be communicated through the stakeph account interface or registered contact details where appropriate. You should review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continuing to use stakeph after updated terms take effect means that you accept the revised agreement.
If you do not accept a change, stop using stakeph and request account closure after settling any pending matters. A change will not normally alter a wager already accepted unless correction is required by the applicable betting rules, an obvious error, or an overriding requirement.
19General provisions
If one provision of these stakeph Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The affected provision may be interpreted or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it effective while preserving its original purpose.
A delay by stakeph in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived. Rights concerning account security, payment disputes, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, completed transactions, and outstanding reviews may continue after account closure where their nature requires.
These Terms and Conditions, together with incorporated game, market, promotional, privacy, and responsible gaming rules, form the agreement governing your use of stakeph. No informal message changes these terms unless it is an authorised written amendment. The English version used for the Philippines controls the interpretation of this agreement.
